The New Photo Process and Pricing | Cleveland Family Photographer and Filmmaker
The photographer is the same, the photograph quality and style are the same, but the process is different!
Up until now, I have offered only digital files to my clients, but how many of you actually print your photos and display them in a timely manner? I am guilty of this as well! It took me 9 months to get my last set of family photos printed, at which time my kids did not even look the same! But family photos are not meant to sit on a flash drive or in the cloud. They are meant to be seen and enjoyed. And I want to make this easier for you.
Now, each of my photo packages comes with a set number of digital files and a set amount of print credit to your online gallery store. The online gallery store is also new! It is a quick and easy way to have your photos turned into beautiful and high-quality prints and products. The new product line includes everyday prints, linen wrapped boxes to hold your prints, lay-flat albums, framed prints, gallery boards, and canvases. Each can be customized to fit your needs.
But how do you get to the point where you can shop for these products? Here are the new steps to booking, the session itself, and what happens after the session:
BOOKING YOUR SESSION
In order to reserve a date for your photo session, you will complete a contract, fill out a form, and pay a session fee of $150. All of this is easy and done online! The session fee covers all of the preparation I'm going to walk you through to get you ready for your session, the time spent at the session itself, and all of the selection and editing of your final images after the session. The session fee does not include any digital images or prints.
THE SESSION ITSELF
Once we've decided on a time and date and officially put your session on the books, I'll send you a ‘Getting Ready Guide’ that will walk you through everything from choosing outfits to strategies for getting kids to cooperate. This guide has been created to answer the questions that come up frequently, but I'm always happy to set up a time to chat if you want additional help. And then we take the photos together!
THE FUN PART
A couple of weeks after your session, you'll receive an email from me letting you know that your photos are ready. You will choose a 24 hour window to view a slideshow put to music, of all of your edited images from the session. This is a fun and exciting way to view your images for the first time with your family! After the 24 hours are up, you'll let me know which collection you want to purchase.

After you make your selection, you will have access to your online gallery store where you'll have a full month to select the specific digital files and print items you want to use to fill that collection!
