We all know why family photos are special. They keep memories of your family fresh in your mind, they can be displayed in your home and bring you a smile when you walk by.

But what is a family film and why do I love them so much?

A family film brings with it a whole new experience combining different emotions and senses that you just cannot get with a still image. Not only do you get to see what your children looked like at that moment in time, but you get to hear their voices, you get to see their movements, you get to watch your family be together. I get emotional every time I watch a family film, whether it's my own family or not. Kids grow up so fast (too fast) and having beautiful films document the different stages of their childhood makes the time passing a little easier; knowing you can always go back and watch, reminisce, and feel what it was like to be there in that moment.
