Extended Family Photo Sessions | Cleveland Family Photographer and Filmmaker

Let’s talk about extended family photo sessions! They are chaotic, they are busy, and they are FUN!

I have been doing so many extended family photo sessions this year and it seems like as the pandemic is becoming more controlled, people want to make their family reunions something to remember. I love getting to be a part of it. There is something really special about seeing cousins together, parents and their adult children, and grandparents with grandkids. I always feel so much love and joy at extended family sessions.

I like to call the overall vibe, sweet, controlled chaos. That is my goal when so many people are involved. I want everyone to relax, have fun, and feel comfortable, kids included. I take photos of many different combinations of people so everyone has a break at some point.

I use the same photo process and pricing for extended family photo sessions as I do for single family photo sessions. The difference is in the type of photos I deliver in your gallery. For single family sessions, there will be a much larger variety of poses/activities for the family. For extended family sessions, there are more people combinations and fewer poses/activities for each. Your gallery is always filled with your connections, relationships, and love.

I always talk to families before we schedule a session to understand what they are looking for and to make sure we are on the same page.

Contact me for some extended family fun!
