This week I want to share a recent family film of an adorably sweet and playful family. I was so excited when this mom asked if I would film her family playing in the snow!

As we all know, the weather in Cleveland is very unpredictable. Some winters we have too much snow, and sometimes there is no snow at all. There was no real way to set a date for this session. The logistics of this one were a bit trickier but we had a plan in place that whenever it snowed in the month of January, we would get in touch and see if we could make our schedules work.  

I was so happy when we had a day that worked for both of us and even happier when the SUN WAS SHINING IN JANUARY!! It was perfect. 

I truly love filming families. We laugh and have fun and while I still direct (where we should be in a certain location for the light, general suggestions of what to do, etc.), I take a step back and let the family be together, play together, and love each other. I want you to watch your film years from now and feel what it was like to be there in that moment 🤍.
